Over 30s housemate wanted for flat share in Clifton/whiteladies.

Available 1st January 2026, sharing with 2 males (centre and rhs in photo) interested in sports, travelling and cooking. We keep it fairly chilled in the week, but are out and about at the weekends.

We keep the place clean and tidy and are looking for a considerate like minded non-smoking professional.

Rent is £625pcm plus £175 a month for all bills paid into a house account (includes everything but likely to increase (again!) in the coming months). Deposit is £625 and the minimum contract length is 6 months. There is an annual charge for a parking permit too if you own a car.
