Quiet flat in Clifton, Bills Inc*

Hi all,

I am looking for someone who is extra clean and tidy, and willing to maintain flat nice and clean with other flat mates, while we are away.

Moving in date can be flexible, and also there is possibility of extending the lease.

There are total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the flat (one is ensuite).

The room is suitable for Non smokers (inc vaping) and "Single occupancy only" (No frequent/ overnight guest please).

**Mature and PHD student are welcome**

**About the flat**
The flat is located in Clifton, 5 minutes walk away from the village and suspension bridge. 15 minutes walk from Bristol University and Clifton Down Shopping centre (Whiteladies Road).

There are bus stops 2-5 minutes walk away for the number 5 (city centre), 8 (Temple Meads), 77 (Filton), and 505 (Southmead) buses.

The flat itself, our neighbours & the surrounding area are very very quiet.

Kitchen is fully equipped and the facilities are shared, so you don't need to bring your own crockery.

Bedding and towels can be provided.

Suggested rent price is with BILLS of approx. £190 p/r is INCLUDED (Council tax band E, water, gas &electricity*(only up to reasonable usage), TV licence and internet.

**About us**
We are couple who is in our 40's and going to be away quite while.
Therefore max 3 people will be living in the flat- you and 2 others.

Current and new lodgers are
D-30 year old male, working in engineering. He works in the office/site during the week days, roughly leaving the flat around 7.15 am and back 18:30pm. He likes cycling and go to pubs and nice restaurants with his colleagues and friends ( and us too😄)He often go to London on the weekend to see his friends.

(New)M is 26 years old female who is originally from Oxford. She will be living in the flat from Nov as she got a new job. She is going to work for Civil service department in the centre.

(Leaver) N is 26 years old female who is going to leave us as her work arrangement has changed. I am really sad that she is moving out.

Both of current lodgers are very clean, tidy and quiet and has light kitchen and bathroom usage, so less likely clashes with time that you need to use.

The flat would be best suited for someone who has his/her own daily routine and is independent, but we are happy to socialise (coffee/dinner/ wine etc) at times and have a warm and reciprocal relationship (we are friendly people :D)! Previous lodger stayed with us about one and half year.
