Modern New Apartment in Clifton Village

A lovely room is now available in a newly refurbished, stylish and modern flat in the heart of Clifton village. The apartment is right beside Clifton Sausage, on a quiet but extremely central street. We are also a 2 minute walk from the Clifton Village bus stop.

My current flatmate has recently accepted a job in London and is looking to move out on either 21 October or 21 November, so the room will be available from one of those dates.

The bedroom is as shown in the pictures. WiFi is included and paid by the landlord. Council tax is around £100 per person per month, and other bills (gas, electric, water, etc.) come to roughly £100 per person per month.

A bit about me:

I’m 25, work in the legal sector, and travel most weekends. I work from home a few days a week and like to keep the flat clean and tidy. I’m very relaxed but also enjoy chats and hanging out. I really value a calm, homely atmosphere where we can both be super comfortable.

I’m ideally looking for a female working professional, around a similar age, who is friendly, respectful and easygoing.
