Single Room in the Heart of Clifton Village

We’ve got a single room becoming available in our house in a really lovely part of Clifton Village, with the Suspension Bridge literally about a 30-second walk from the front door. Great location with all the pubs, cafés, shops and green spaces around Clifton within easy walking distance. Bus routes that can get you all around the city within a couple minutes walk from the door.

The room itself is a small single room and comes fully furnished. While it’s on the smaller side, there’s a decent amount of additional storage in the large cupboard directly next to the room, so you don’t need to fit everything into the bedroom itself. It’s tucked away upstairs in the centre of the house, which means it stays nice and warm through winter but doesn’t get too hot in summer. There’s also a small skylight which lets in natural light.

You’d be living with two easygoing housemates. Both pretty sociable and enjoy cooking good food, watching films and hanging out together, but also both got our own lives going on and are very happy doing our own thing.

We’re looking for someone with a similar vibe, someone who wants to actually know and hang out with the people they live with rather than just being strangers sharing a kitchen, but equally has their own friends, hobbies and plans.

To move in, you’ll need to provide references and one month’s rent as a deposit. Rent is £550 a month plus bills. Looking for someone to move in at the end of October but the room could be available beforehand for if needed aswell.
