Bright Sunny room in a social, friendly flat

Hi,

We are Cat and Meg ☺️ Sadly our current flat mate is moving on so we are on the hunt for a new friendly face.
We have a double room coming available from the 1st of December (this is our current estimate date given by the flat mate leaving, but this may be flexible).

About the flat:
Great location, 3 minute walk to Clifton down train station and Sainsbury’s, 15/20 minutes into Clifton Village. Good bus routes.
The room is a good size double that fits a wardrobe, desk and double bed. Please note the room is unfurnished. The flat is super bright with large windows in all rooms. The living room is cosy but spacious and is already furnished although of course you’d be welcome to add your own bits! The kitchen is a good size, with the star of the show being the dishwasher. Large bathroom which is shared with myself and Meg, that has a bath!

Bills:
We split the bills equally each month, the amount varies each month depending on summer and winter but is roughly between £150 in summer to £200 in winter.
There is a parking permit available, but please be aware it will be the 2nd permit so slightly more £.

About us:
We both work Monday - Friday, with some hybrid days of working at home. I (Cat) love my sports and spend a lot of time playing hockey or going to the gym, or in other contrast sitting watching TV. Meg loves eating out and a themed spin class.

We are a social and friendly pair who like to watch questionable TV together on evenings when we’re home, but are also respectful of each other’s space.

We would love to find someone who will match our dynamic, and would be open to socialising and making friends. Watching TV, the odd pub trip, the occasional dinner together.

We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, but are by no means clean freaks. We share the cleaning, so we’d like someone who is also happy to share the load.
