Double room going in house in Hotwells! I’m very sadly leaving Bristol so am looking for a fourth person to join Sofia, Joe and Will /
(26-29) to complete our house.
It’s a big terraced house with a patio, you’d be sharing a bathroom with one other, and there’s an office space on the top floor to WFH! It’s a fab location, 30 second walk to the harbourside, 10 mins to North Street and Clifton Village.
We’re looking for another girl to settle into our group, who’s easy going and sociable - we’re all really close so looking for someone who wants to hang out together in the evenings, come on the odd night out and festival and generally get involved!
Rent is £750/month, bills come to £100-150. The room is semi furnished (wardrobe, bedframe) and the rest of the house is kitted out!
We also have a cat (Leonard) who is everyone’s favourite housemate so if you play your cards right you’ll have another new friend (Lenny).
