Lovely double room in Clifton Village

Our flatmate is sadly leaving our lovely four-person, top-floor flat in Clifton Village and we are looking for a new tenant. The room is available from the 8th December, with flexibility to move in sooner.

The room: 🛏 A double room with a double bed & mattress, wardrobe & mirror, desk, chest of drawers, bookcase and blind.

The room also has amazing view over Bristol, and is a fantastic spot to watch the balloon fiesta.

Rent is £520pm with includes BT broadband.

The private landlady who lives locally charges a £500 deposit, of which £50 is a non-refundable holding deposit.

Bills: 💰 For bills, each tenant pays £122 per month into the flat bills account. This includes Council Tax, Water, Gas, Electricity, TV License and for flat essentials such as toilet roll.

This makes the total for the room: £642 a month

The flat: 🏡 The flat has a shared lounge/kitchen, a main bathroom with a shower, an additional toilet and sink, and a small storage cupboard. The flat is a 2-minute walk from the Clifton Suspension Bridge, a 20-minute walk from Clifton Down Station, and a 25-minute walk from Bristol City Centre.

Parking: 🚘 A Clifton Village parking permit will be available to purchase for on street parking from Bristol Council once returned from the current tenant. Costs for a permit will need to be looked into individually, and are charged per year or per 3 months.

The flatmates: 😊

Olivia is 33 and is a Musician and Event Manager. She enjoys all things creative, culture, music, art, literature, writing and poetry. She loves being cosy at home as well as having adventures, and being outdoors. She likes to have her own down time, as well as getting people together to do things locally or at home.

Thea is 26 and works in sustainability for a media & publishing company, with a mixture of office and home working. She loves books and so can often be found reading in her room, but can definitely be tempted to a flat movie night.

Poppy is 26 and works as a teaching assistant at a primary school. She enjoys visiting art galleries and museums, film and painting. She’s always up for a chat but also appreciates everyone having their own space.

We would love to live with a clean and tidy working professional who shares our interests. We have a cleaning, and buying flat supplies rota, and would love to find someone looking for a home, not just a place to rent. We are looking for someone friendly and great to be around in the flat, but who is also independent and enjoys their own space.
