🏡 Double Room Available in Clifton, Bristol – Looking for a New Flatmate!

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate and sociable person to join me in our flat in Clifton!

The room is unfurnished, so you’ll have a blank canvas to make it your own. The flat is in a lovely area of Clifton, with plenty of local amenities, cafés, pubs and great transport links nearby.

A little about me:

I work full-time for the NHS, so my working pattern can be a little different to the typical 9–5. I work a mixture of long day and night shifts, so I’m looking for someone who understands and respects shift work.

That said, I’m definitely not looking for a house where we just pass each other in the hallway! I’d love to live with someone who is up for being sociable, whether that’s heading out for a drink, cooking dinner together, having a cosy evening in or just having a good catch-up after work.

Bills & Parking:

All household bills are split between us. Current monthly bills are approx £170pppm

Permit parking is available.

Who I’m looking for:

Someone who is friendly, clean, respectful and easy-going. Ideally, someone who enjoys having a laugh and making the flat feel like a home, while also being considerate of each other’s space and routines.
