The room has its own bathroom adjacent with a shower, basin and toilet. This is shared with the room next door which is occupied by a professional.
Shared use of the kitchen including the fridge and cooking facilities although the host does not share the front living room facilities. There is a communal sitting room with TV//chrome cast. Access to a washing machine if required.
Use of the garden if you wish. All bills and access to broadband included in the price. No council tax.
My son and his 19 month old grand-daughter live in the property.
