The ideal person would be happy to keep communal areas tidy, ensure the property is properly secured and help with ordinary household routines, including putting the bins and recycling out.

There is a resident cat, so someone comfortable around cats would be ideal. Occasional assistance with feeding may be appreciated by mutual agreement, although neighbours can also help.

We'd like to establish a comfortable, respectful arrangement with clear expectations from the outset.
