The room is directly next to the bathroom and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside drawers, a desk with drawers, a wardrobe with shelves, and under-bed storage.

The house is Downend, few minutes from fishponds, there is a local shop, GP surgery, and pharmacy just across the road. The house is directly next to a carpark and woodland. It’s ideal for both students and professionals, there’s a bus stop right outside the house with regular buses into the city centre via Fishponds (5 minutes to Fishponds) and a couple minutes walk away is a bus stop that goes directly to UWE’s Frenchay Campus.

The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher to make everyday living as convenient as possible.

You’ll be sharing the house with me, my 10-year-old dog, and a very chilled cat. I’m a carer and a student. I only have neighbours on one side, and they’re lovely.
