Available immediately- Fully furnished double room available in a two-bedroom house, all bills included. The room is directly next to the bathroom. Smoking outside. You’ll be sharing the house with me, my 10-year-old dog, and a very chilled cat. I’m a carer and a student.

The house is in Downend, a few minutes from fishponds, there is a local shop, GP surgery, and pharmacy just across the road. The house is directly next to a carpark and woodland. There’s a bus stop right outside the house with regular buses into the city centre via Fishponds. Also couple minutes walk away is a bus stop that goes directly to UWE’s Frenchay Campus.
