Double available in Easton

Hello!

Im looking for a lodger in my house in Easton. The room a small double room in a spacious terraced house with comfortable sitting room, kitchen and sunny garden.  It is available from end of August.

It is a quite and sunny room at the back of the house looking out onto the garden. There is a bed, chest of drawers, a chair and bedside table.

There is a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen including fridge / freezer and microwave, WiFi and a tv with chrome cast.

All bills included (council tax, gas, electricity, water, fibre-optic broadband, TV licence).

Stapleton road train station is around a 5 minute walk as is St Marks Road with all the shops and cafes it has to offer! 

Other important bits- this is a queer friendly and drug free/ smoke free home. At the moment it is also no guests (I have a pretty busy social life outside home and have found this to work best for me!) So if hosting/ having people over is important it might not be the right fit.

Although who ever lives here is very welcome to use all the communal spaces/ make your self at home! Its a lovely warm, calm space.
