Beautiful, spacious room in family home available from the start of December 2025. Private use of downstairs washroom; shared kitchen and upstairs bathroom. The room is downstairs and at the front of the house, so quiet and private.

Ideally looking for a quietish, professional female who goes out to work; or a student combining work placement and study, but not wedded to this. Mostly looking for someone clean and tidy, kind and respectful.

References required.

£650 per month including bills, not including council tax - if you register, I’d like a contribution towards it. I need to check the band but it’s about £100 per month for the property.
