The back garden is a great place to chill. Full of roses, two apple trees, a lilac tree and wisteria, with high walls and royalty secluded. The front garden sets the house well back from the road and the massive willow tree makes it a lovely place to come home.

Stapleton Road is between Easton and Bristol City Centre, close to Old Market. The location is perfect between; St Werburgh's and Easton. Super easy for a commute into Bristol City Centre or to Temple Meads on foot, by bike or train as I'm opposite Stapleton rd station (Clifton / Redland 6 mins by train). The Bristol to Bath cycle path is really close and the M32 and the A431 to Bath, are easily accessed making the house ideal if you'd commute out of town too.

Nearby, St Marks Road has the best of Bristol's independent shops and restaurants like: Public Market, Sweet Mart, Garden and Thali Cafe. Bloc is across the rd for bouldering or the Church is just up the rd if you climb ropes. Local pubs: Duke of York, Fierce & Noble, Sugar Loaf or The Plough is a little walk away. Nothing's far!

Council tax band B but all bills are included in the rent. High speed broadband. King bed with new mattress, chest of draws for clothes. Storage for bikes in the summer house in the garden. Huge American fridge freezer to ensure cooking is catered for, brand new pans and an excellent kitchen to cook in. When you view you will fall in love with the place for sure!

Me: very easy going, have a number of very close friends in Bristol - just moved back here after 7 years in London (was in Bristol 8 years before). I'm left in terms of my politics and LGBTQ+ friendly, much of my community are queer / non binary, so I'm only looking to live with people of the same mindset. I work for a design consultancy and my work is in sustainability and reducing inequality. Housemate currently is a 25 year old female engineer - just back from travelling around Oz for 3yrs and staying until their friend completes on their house purchase just around the corner in Easton in September.

The house is a retreat and very tranquil. When friends are round, it's for dinner, not DnB, I save that for St Paul's and Shambala. If you're chilled out, give me a shout. I like to: cook, cycle, climb, forage for shrooms and love being by the sea in Cornwall or Wales when not in Bristol.

No smoking (unless you wanna outside) and no other pets I'm afraid, because Badger my cat would not be a fan.
