I’ve recently moved into my first home and I’m looking for the right person to share it with. I’d really love this to feel like a home rather than shared accommodation

You’ll have:
• A large Furnished double bedroom
• Your own ensuite with walk-in shower
• The entire ground floor to yourself
• Private access to garden space
• Shared kitchen and living space upstairs
• Only sharing with one other person — me

About me:

I’m 28, fun, outgoing and love keeping busy. My evenings are usually spent doing something creative or social, whether that’s life drawing, art classes, live music, cooking, or making spontaneous plans. I also love a cosy night in with films, series and good food.

I’m into the gym and keeping active (PureGym is only a 10-minute walk away), and there’s a large Tesco nearby too.

I enjoy a good night out, and there’ll definitely be the odd pre-drinks/ afters with friends. Overall though, it’s a calm, comfortable home in the week , with occasional silly weekends however I am also away most weekends.
I am looking for someone who doesn’t mind silliness and fun but is also respectful.

I work from home four days a week for Bristol city council and spend one day in the office, working Monday–Friday, 9–5.

Location-wise, it’s brilliant:
• A few minutes from the train station
• Great bus links into town
• Around a 40-minute walk into town
• Walking distance to lovely pubs, cafés and shops , situated at the end of St Marks Street.
• Free on-street parking available

I’m often away one or two weekends a month, so you’ll regularly have the place to yourself.

What I’m looking for:
• Ideally aged 25–35
• Fun, friendly and easy-going
• Independent, but up for the occasional shared dinner, pub trip, film night or day out
• Doesn’t take life too seriously
• Clean, respectful and considerate

I’d love to find someone who wants a warm, social home with good energy rather than a purely transactional house share.

Rent is £825 per month including all bills only one other person living there, me :)
