I’ve recently moved into my first home and I’m looking for the right person to share it with 🧚🏻✨

My current lodger is looking to move out around 1st December as he’s relocating to Bath for work, so I’m looking for someone lovely to take over his room from then.

You’ll have:
• A large furnished double bedroom
• Your own private ensuite with walk-in shower
• The entire ground floor to yourself
• Private access out to the garden
• Shared kitchen and living space upstairs

A little about me 🌿

I’m 28, outgoing and love keeping busy. My evenings are usually spent doing something creative or social such as various art classes, live music, cooking, music events etc. I also absolutely love a cosy night in with films, series and good food.

I enjoy a good night out and there’ll definitely be the occasional pre drinks/afters with friends, so some weekends can be silly, late and noisy 😂✨ however I’m also away quite a lot of weekends so regularly have the house to yourself.

Monday–Thursday I like the house to have a bit more of a routine and be fairly chilled and quiet, as I work Monday–Friday. Overall, I’m looking for someone who doesn’t mind a bit of silliness and fun but is also clean, respectful and considerate of each other’s space.

I work from home four days a week for Bristol City Council and spend one day in the office, usually 9–5 Monday–Friday.

Occasional Airbnb guests 🏡

I also occasionally rent out the spare bedroom upstairs on Airbnb. This is completely separate from your bedroom, ensuite and ground-floor space — Airbnb guests will never have access to or share any of your private areas.

I manage the Airbnb guests myself and make sure they’re respectful of the house. They won’t need to use the communal areas unless this has been agreed with you so it shouldn’t interfere with your day to day life in the house.
