Large Double En-Suit- Looking for a roommate 🧚🏼‍♂️

I’m 27 and in the process of buying my own home, and I’m looking for the right person to share it with. I really want this to feel like a home, not just shared accommodation.

You’ll have:
• A large double bedroom
• Your own ensuite with walk-in shower
• The entire bottom floor to yourself
• Your own private access to garden space
• Shared kitchen/living space upstairs
• Only sharing with one other person — me

About me:
I’m 27, fun, outgoing and love keeping busy. Evenings are usually something creative or social like life drawing, art classes, live music, cooking together, spontaneous plans. I also love a cosy night in watching films/series together. I’m into the gym and keeping fit (PureGym is a 10-minute walk away), and there’s a big Tesco nearby too.

Also love a night out. Basically occasional pres/afters, birthday celebrations and fun nights but overall and mainly a calm, comfortable home. Will always be chill weekdays.

I work from home 4 days a weeks and in the office one day. Work Monday-Friday 9-5 so ideally I’d love someone who works out of the house but if you’re the right person and also WFH, that’s not a deal breaker at all. Will also be turning one bedroom into an office space.

Location wise it’s great a few minutes from the train station, great bus links into town , 40 min walk into town & walking distance to fab pubs, cafés and shops, the house also has free on street parking available.

I tend to be away about two weekends a month (not strictly fixed at all just my recent pattern).

I really want this to be a a social, warm house with good energy so I’m starting to look now so I can get to know the person before moving in. I should get the keys by end of March & Ideally looking for house mate to move in around May time.

Rent will be around £850 per month including bills (max) exact figure TBC once everything is finalised but no more than £850.

Looking for:
• Ideally 25–35
• Fun, bubbly personality
• Independent but up for shared dinners, nights in & out together.
• Not opposed to a bit of silliness
• Clean, respectful & fair but not intense
