Long Term Rent, beautiful house in Easton🌻

Hi there,
My lovely housemate is moving out so there is a spare room going. The rent is £980 including bills (water, council tax, gas, electric and broadband). DSS all good 🙂
We have off road parking, lovely garden with veggies and flowers. (Great sun trap in the summer!) Large living room with dining area attached.

You will be living with just me - 38, florist and Manager at a restaurant (not the landlord).

I’m a busy bee and have an active social life. I will be doing florist work from home and use the downstairs office space so the place would probably suit someone that goes into an office or place of work but happy to make anything work for both of us. It’s our shared space afterall 🙂

I’m quite an outgoing person but respect people that aren’t and like their own space. Would love to share the space with an all round good egg really. The place is my home as much as your home so please feel free to bring round friends/family etc. I love meeting new people!
