The whole house has just been repainted, two brand new bathrooms have been installed, one with a large bathtub. There are all new appliances, large common areas, well equipped kitchen, large garden with hot tub, and ample storage in loft spaces.

You will be a lodger living with me, a 44 year old photographer, DJ and investor, in a fun and relaxed household. I am looking for professional individuals who are fairly social, and also appreciate a calm, clean, tidy household. I do like to host, and the occasional dinner or houseparty should be expected. I also am always keen to accommodate housemates needs around the use of the house, especially with regards to being mindful of each others' noise levels etc.

There is also a small room that could be rented as an office.
