Lovely Gaff in Greenbank, Easton

Double room in a three-bed house on Greenbank road, right opposite a lovely spot of nature (Greenbank cemetery) that backs directly onto the Bristol to Bath cycle path. A short walk from St Marks Road.

You'll be living with two girls, Martha and Alannah (both 27 years old).

- Martha works in psychedelics, and has just started new part time work as a youth mentor. She enjoys making music, meditation, bouldering, dancing and generally being outside.

- Alannah currently works as a support worker and does science and maths tutoring. She loves food waste(!), being in the kitchen and a good old bin rummage (hygienically). She loves to paint, sketch and recently has got a sewing machine, does acro, stays active, ang goes to the gym.

- We both love being creative, sauna-ing and festivals.

The house is on 3 floors (Martha lives in the attic) and has a private garden and a small spare room that we use for friends staying over, painting and working. There's a big lounge and a small kitchen.

We both have our own things going on but also enjoy house hangs, shared dinners, kitchen chats and silly endeavours!

We're looking for someone who is ready to move in by mid-late November who would be happy to go on a contract.

Rent is £500 pcm or £800 pcm for a couple with bills on top.
