Two Double Rooms in Eastville

Hello Loviliess,

We are looking for a pair/couple and one person to join us in our new home is Eastville.

The house is currently being refurbished and will be liveable from the 1st February.

Situated on Fishponds Rd, very close to sunny Eastville Park, we have 1 very large front double bedroom (4.9 x 3.7 metres) for two persons to share. The room features large bay windows and overlooks the front of the house. Also available is a double room on the first floor (3.7 x 3.2 metres) for one person. Note that this room has a cupboard storing the boiler.

As home owners we are a creative and open-minded couple who have lived in shared accommodation for many years. The terrace house is quirky, art decor and we plan on making it quirkier. There are 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, an upstairs full bathroom with shower over bath, a separate toilet under the stairs, an open plan kitchen and a sizable living room. The rear garden gets south facing sun and is well maintained. Rooms are unfurnished and as owners we allow tenants to paint, decorate and hang pictures in their room to suit their needs.

Located on Fishponds Rd. between Eastville Park and Royate Hill, access to greenspace is very close by. The bus stop within 1 mins walk has express buses into town that takes 10 minutes. Close by is Fishponds shopping district with cafes, restaurants, take-away and supermarkets. We have a great local shop and post office within a few minutes walk, and the Bristol/Bath bicycle path is within a few minutes ride.

We are a laid back household with interests in the creative arts, dancing, tabletop games, the outdoors and community initiatives. We are a LGBTQ+ trans, neurodiverse friendly home. We are looking for nice considerate people who are able to contribute to the communal cleaning and treating this as their home. Happy for people to have gatherings but no wild-trashing parties.

Lodgings
Front Large Double Room (Pair/Couple Only) is £1000 per month.
2nd Floor Double Room (One person) is £600 per month.

All bills, council tax and Broadbroad internet is approx. £125 per person per month
We are looking to source a weekly house cleaner which will be an additional £30-40 per month
A deposit of one month lodging as required.
A successful applicant will need a reference and we will ask permission to do a credit check.
Students are welcome and can apply for a council tax discount with the local council.

Please note the photos featured in this ad are prior to refurbishment. All carpets have been removed and replaced with vinyl and some doors have been added between rooms leading out of the kitchen. We may be able to do house viewings before the 1st February, but please consider that refurbishments are still taking place.
