Double Room Available – Eastville Road, BS5 6

We are looking for a friendly female professional person to rent one of our double bedrooms in our home on Eastville Road, BS5 6.
Currently there are 3 males living in the property, Merdad and Alfie ,and Shahin unfortunately Alfie and Shahin are leaving us and for a change we’d like to make the house environment more girly :p
I am currently abroad so if you like to visit the house you will be seeing Merdad he will show you around .
At the moment there is one room empty and the next one will be available between 4 to 6 weeks .

It’s a friendly, relaxed, and welcoming house with a comfortable atmosphere. We have two lovely cats, so someone who likes animals would be ideal. 🐱🐱

We’re looking for someone who is respectful, clean, tidy, and in employment.
It’s mostly a quiet house and we’d like to keep it like that. Of course we also like to hang out or have a little get together , cook together , watch a movie or play games or sit outside in the garden as our garden is very beautiful and very big ,but if you are thinking of a party house , definitely our place wont suit you .
We’d like to thinking of our home more of a safe place for everyone to live in peace.
