Single Bed Riverside House– Short Let (1-3months)

We are looking for a housemate to join us in our house in a lovely 3 bed, with a garden backing onto the river in Eastville. single bedroom ( 500 w/bills). Bills include: water, electricity, gas, council tax and wifi.

There is a big living room with a working fireplace, a open kitchen dining room with a wood burner and a sofa. We share one bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A lovely nature garden where we hope to grow some veggies in spring.

The house has huge windows and lots of light, but can also be chilly. This is our first winter here and are figuring out what we can do to insulate it better.

This would be ideal for someone looking for a kind, quiet, creative homely and friendly house.
We would love to find someone who values respect, kindness, communication. Someone who would like to share meals occasionally, do activities together when it flows, and that can communicate needs and address conflict with care.

We are open to vegan or vegetarians but we do eat meat so you would need to be ok with meat being cooked in the house.
No WFH, but open for hybrid wfh.

I offer massage treatments from home on Thursdays and Saturdays in the living room, so would ask for quietness and mindfulness at this time.
