Double room in house by St Georges Park

Hi! My lovely friend and housemate is moving down to Cornwall, so I’m looking for someone new to share my home with.

I’m 33 and bought the house 18 months ago. I’ve renovated it since then, so it’s in a nice condition, with a brand-new kitchen and fresh decoration throughout.

I’m looking for someone who enjoys living in a tidy house and wants a fairly peaceful day-to-day life. I host poker nights and the odd dinner party fairly regularly, but I don’t tend to have big parties or lots of drinking at the house. I’m getting a puppy in January, so there’ll be a puppy to play with. It’s best if you like dogs!

I climb, go to the gym, surf and play tag rugby in my spare time I’m away quite often, travelling or visiting friends and family. I also have a partner, so I’m away two or three nights a week too, which means you’ll have a fair amount of time on your own at home.

There’s a dedicated office you can use on the days I’m not working from home, a garage for a bike, and a little garden that’s a sun trap in the summer.

The room is available from around 15th January.
