This is an all female household, and as such the room is available to preferably female applicants. Viewings will take place after August 18th. The room is in a spacious property, on a no through street; overlooking the Bristol-Bath cycle route. This is a friendly family home, with a double room available to a relaxed, responsible, considerate and easy-going housemate. I am a parent and my 12yr old lives here with us. We have a vibrant social circle, a love of music and the outdoors. We already have one housemate and are looking for a second.

The room is furnished with double bed, large wardrobe, desk, office chair, and the tenant is welcome to bring their own embellishments. All bills inc, wifi are provided.

Large kitchen/diner, fridge freezer, washing machine, also a dishwasher. A living room looks out onto a leafy view, also home to an upright piano. There is a lawned garden, patio and lockable store for bikes. Parking spaces on the street.
Great access to Bristol City Centre on bus routes and (20-25 min cycle ride) via Bristol-Bath cycle route. (15 BIKE RIDE TO UWE campus through the Oldbury Court Estate.
Cleaner once per week. We are keen recyclers of our household waste 🙏 note this house will suit those that enjoy a clean and tidy environment.
