Fishponds. Quiet street backing onto the cycle path giving easy access into town. Short walk to Fishponds Road which is on major bus routes into town and has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.

New build town house, modern kitchen with built in appliances (dishwasher, washing machine). Clean and well maintained. Small garden.

The room has a king size bed, built in triple wardrobe and bedside tables. Plenty of space for additional furniture. There are two rooms on the middle floor, 1 that I use as an office and the other I am looking to rent out. You would have sole use of the bathroom on that floor as there is a master bedroom and en suite on the top floor.

All bills included. Sharing with me, live in landlord, aged 45 and 1x very friendly Labrador - you must love dogs!

I work as an accountant for a housing association - I work from home but go into the office once a week. Ideally looking for a lodger with a similar set up.

I lead a fairly quiet life in the week (gym, night in front of the TV, odd glass of wine or maybe dinner out), I’m friendly and like to socialise. On the weekend, I meet friends, walk my dogs, go to the pub etc. I’m especially into hiking/climbing mountains and love getting out in the fresh air.
