Description

4-bed luxury detached house in a quiet neighbourhood located in Fishponds BS16. We have a double room (£580 pcm) which is available. The rooms will be furnished and ready to move in to from 12th August 2024.

The house has modern appliances from brands such as Dyson, Bosch, Neff, Tineco and Emma Sleep. Solar panels are fitted and A-rated appliances are provided to keep energy consumption and bills down.

Utilities & Bills:
- The house has BT Full Fibre 500 Mbps (Ultrafast streaming)
- Council tax is included in the rent. Gas, electricity & water are estimated at £50pcm which is not included in the rent

Booking a viewing with us:
We are looking for someone who likes to keep their room and communal areas clean and would be happy to contribute to the weekly cleaning rota we have at the house. We all tidy up after ourselves and would like to find someone who does the same.

We will be having the viewings for selected potential housemates on these days:
28th July, Sunday morning
29th July, Mondy evening
