Single room in family home from 1st of Nov

Hi there.

I live in my house with my 12 year old daughter, Clover.
We’re looking for a female lodger..
Clovers at a secondary school nearby and I’m self employed, so sometimes working from home, sometimes from an office nearby.
You can mostly find us in the evenings hanging out around the dining table, doing homework, playing board games, cards, guitar, maybe watching a series of something..
Our place isn’t ideal for someone who wants to have a social home, although we’re fairly social.
The room comes inclusive of all bills and with full use of kitchen, washing machine, bathroom and garden.
Our place would suit a student very well.
