Short term double room available

Bright and spacious double room available in family house.
Room is available for short term rental with the possibility of extending if we get on really well.
All bills are included.£150 pw / £650 pcm

I live here with my 20 and 23 professional sons and often host 1 foreign student here to learn English. We are a quiet household and I am looking for a quiet, friendly and tidy person to join us.

We have a large kitchen/ dining room for all to enjoy. I tend to crash in the living room for a couple of hours in the evening watching rubbish telly.
The house is located a couple of minutes from the main road and buses, 20 minutes front the centre with the x buses, 5 minutes from M32.
We have a large garden and are close to the park and local supermarkets.
