Large room in very big house in liberal/creative/expressive household. If you are non-judgemental, progressive and queer/alt friendly then this might be a potential house share.

THE HOUSE:

I am live in landlord looking to rent 1 room for £750 per month (Bills included).
Will get Wi-Fi if required. I don't game so hotspot my phone meets my needs, happy to discuss getting fixed broadband.

The house is a 4/5 bedroom, 2 large reception rooms (1 having a second kitchen/food prep area, 1 waiting to be furnished), 2 gardens, 2 kitchens, and parking for 3 vehicles.

You will effectively have your own lounge area for down time.
Bathroom is new and very clean.

Lots of storage in kitchens/ food / extra large Fridge Freezer / cupboards etc.

LOCATION:

Quiet residential road with the number 6 bus 1 minute walk.
48,48x, 48, 49x, 7, 3 minute walk and approx 20 minutes to city centre.
1 minute to cycle route number 4 (City to Bath).
1/2 mile to Fishponds High Street.

ROOM:

4m x 5m
New bed, new mattress, double cupboards new everything.
A desk / Sofa or both can be added.

There is a spare room next to the room for additional storage/dressing room of required.

VIBE:

Mindful, calm, regulated, and attuned, active supporter of the queer/alt communities in Bristol the community, with spontaneous fun, stupidity and laughter. In equal measures.

Interests include travel, arts/culture/literature, music, techno / tec house / lo-fi indie, live music, bars/pub, festivals, street food, cycling, campervan, outdoors, and all that Bristol has to offer.

Looking for people that can socialise and also understand need for space, the house is big enough for both :)

Occasional weekends there will be day time music/cooking/cake making/, drawing/painting in the large reception with small groups of friends I have made since moving to Bristol. They are fabulosa, and we travel all over Europe together.

OTHER INFO:

The house is cleaned twice a week. Also, Please understand that this is a total non-smoking/non vape house.

Friends will be staying some weekends in the guests room. This is also available for you and your friends when not being used.

I'm professional working Mon-Fri 9 to 5 with occasional nights away/living between other houses.

Home working considered by arrangement.

Apparently it's my responsibility to include council tax band, no idea it just gets paid like the the other bills.
