I am live in landlord looking to rent 1 room for £750 per month (Bills included).

The house is a 4/5 bedroom, with potential dressing room next to it, 2 large reception rooms for private or shared chill space, 1 having a second kitchen/food prep area, 2 gardens, 2 kitchens, and off road parking for 3 vehicles. Large summer house can be used as a creative station for larger canvas and other mixed media creations.

You will effectively have your own lounge area for down time.

Bathroom is new and very clean.

Lots of storage in kitchens/ food / extra large Fridge Freezer / cupboards etc.

Fishponds/Staple hill quiet residential road. Many buses to city centre.
Number 6 bus 1 minute walk. 24 hour bus service.

1 minute to cycle route number 4 (City to Bath).

Will be away travelling throughout the year on weekend city breaks and whole weeks away. Do have a wide social circle in Bristol and attend many music events, festivals, camping and European adventures.

Interests include travel, drawing, painting, making music, arts/culture/literature, music, techno / tec house / lo-fi indie, live music, bars/pub, festivals, street food, cycling, campervan, outdoors, and all that Bristol has to offer.

Looking for people that can socialise and also understand need for space, the house is big enough for both :)

The house is cleaned twice a week. Also, Please understand that this is a total non-smoking/non vape house.

Friends will be staying occasionaly in the guests room. This is also available for you and your friends when not being used.

I'm professional working Mon-Fri 9 to 5 with occasional nights away/living between other house.
