Lovely large light downstairs room available in terraced friendly family home, with shared kitchen, dining room and upstairs bathroom. Available for one person, no couples sorry.

The room is currently furnished with single bed, wardrobe, chair & shelves (first picture is the room before it was turned into a bedroom).

I am looking for a friendly, trustworthy, easy going and respectful person to lodge in our family home.

We respect other peoples space as well as enjoying a chat.

I am a jewellery and textile artist and musician working from home. I have a 13 year old son and a 9 year old daughter.
My partner is here some of the week, she is a landscape gardener & has 2 dogs.
I work mostly from home as a silversmith.
I enjoy listening and dancing to roots reggae, drum & bass and west african music. I also spend a lot of time at festivals in the summer and spend time travelling in the winter if possible . I enjoy baking, sewing, pilates, dancing & I often have friends round for big meals.

We have 2 cats, one friendly & one a bit timid & 2 dogs some of the week!

Rent is £675pcm. All bills/wifi are included.

There are local shops with everything you need and bus to center (no. 6) within 1 min walk. Also very close to bristol-bath cyclepath (20mins on bike to centre).
15 mins walk from Aldi, Morrisons and Lidl on fishponds road!
