Lovely large light downstairs room available in friendly home, with shared kitchen, living room and upstairs bathroom. Available for one person, no couples sorry.

The room is available furnished with a double bed, wardrobe & chair if needed or can be unfurnished. There is easy free on street parking. The usual household stuff: washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, WiFi

I am looking for a friendly, trustworthy, easy going and respectful person to share with. We are a friendly household & would love to sometimes share meals, a cup of tea & a good chat.

I am a silversmith and textile artist working from home.

I enjoy listening and dancing to roots reggae, drum & bass and west african music. I also spend a lot of time at festivals or in a field in the summer. I absolutely love being outside walking & by the sea, I enjoy being creative & making things: sewing, pottery, woodwork, painting, baking anything I can get my hands into.

You would be sharing with me and my 2 children: my 13 year old son who’s super into animals & a very kind & friendly chap and my 9 year old daughter who loves to sing & be creative.

We have 2 friendly cats

My partner who is a landscape gardener also stays at the house sometimes & she has 2 small friendly dogs.

Rent is £700pcm. All bills/wifi are included.

There are local shops with everything you need and bus to center (no. 6) within 1 min walk. Also very close to bristol-bath cyclepath (20mins on bike to centre).
15 mins walk from Aldi, Morrisons and Lidl on fishponds road!
