The room
Large double room (about 4m x 3.5m) becoming available in our family home from 6th May.
The photos show the current lodger’s set-up and furniture, which they will be taking with them. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. We can provide a bed, hanging rail, chest of drawers and bedside table if needed.

The house

It is a cosy, lived-in home with a kitchen-diner with wood burner, a bathroom with a bath (and shower, of course), and a south-facing garden.

Location-wise
* Hillfields Park, with a community centre and garden, just a stone’s throw away
* 2-minute cycle to the bike path
* On the number 6 bus route, plus lots more from Fishponds
* About a 10-minute walk to Fishponds high street (shops, supermarkets, etc.)

Money
* £700 per month (inclusive of all bills: council tax, gas, electric, water and WiFi)
* Deposit: £700

Looking for
* Working professional, or a student with a quieter lifestyle, who enjoys a calm, respectful home environment.
* Not suitable for full-time working or studying from home
* Someone who is considerate, tidy and easygoing
* Up for the occasional cuppa or shared meal, but also happy doing your own thing

About us

You would be living with Esther (31) and Ava (3 months old). We enjoy being in the garden, getting out into green spaces, and cooking good food with friends. We are a calm and friendly household.
