Sharing with live in landlord, Jim, 43 and good friend Matt, 38. We are chill, welcoming and social, like to keep the place clean and tidy but not ober the top. We like to out in nature, camping, surfing, climbing, freediving. Also like a little party, gigs and festivals. Hope to find someone friendly and easy going, ideally someone who is not working from home all the time.
Fishponds road is a 7 minute walk away for buses into town and not far from many shops, pubs (Greyhound, Star) and places to eat. Also very close to the Bristol-Bath cycle path.
In the room there is a double bed, chest of drawers, shelves. Can have it unfurnished if you have your own furniture.
