A very private self contained one bedroom studio that is separate from our main home. Facilities include, en-suite bathroom, king size bed, TV, WIFI, desk area, and off street parking for one car.
This would be perfect for a single professional looking for regular accommodation 3 or 4 nights per week Sunday/Monday to Thursday.
You will be provided with a fridge, kettle, toaster, plates, bowls, cutlery, iron, hairdryer, and wardrobe.
You will also be able to park on our secure driveway and we are close to Bristol Parkway, M4, M32 and UWE.
The monthly rent includes all bills. Including Internet, and the annex will be cleaned each fortnight for you.
This will be under a lodger agreement (not an assured tenancy agreement).
It is currently listed on air bnb if you wanted to try before committing to a longer term contract.
