Double room in shared house.
The room is fairly big and has lots of storage. From a wardrobe to under bed storage to 2 metal storage trunks to a big chest of drawers and a big storage unit and two storage cupboards under the eaves. The room also has a very large desk with storage as well and a filing cabinet.
The house has been recently renovated downstairs and the bathroom. As you can see from the pictures, it is very modern and clean and bright.
The kitchen has all the mod cons from a dishwasher to a washing machine and all of the things you would need to cook with. You will get one large larder cupboard to keep your things in. You are welcome to use all of the equipment in the kitchen.
Downstairs, I have two TVs.
You need to like cats to live here I have three. Two pedigrees and one moggy. One of the pedigrees a ragdoll is going to have kittens in the next months. So you will need to like interacting with cats.
The house has a very nice big garden. I’m into gardening and I’m happy if you feel like getting involved with that, but no worries if you don’t.
I am a positive happy person. I like all the normal things, from shopping to socialising. I like to cook, I make a very good roast dinner. My daughter who is 10 also lives here.
I am looking for a positive person who can also be part of our household and join in sometimes.
The rent includes all bills apart from paying towards council tax. I currently get a 25% discount for single occupancy and so I would like you to pay the difference which works out at £51 a month extra to the 625. I am council Tax D band.
I also have an electric car charging point if you need it. I will see if you do use that you will have to pay for what you use which we can probably work out with the unit somehow.
