Double room at Harbourside Bristol City Centre

Hi My name is Iris, I currently live in a two bedroom flat at the harbourside in the Bristol City Centre. My flatmate is moving out at the end of the tenancy so I’m looking for flatmate to have a new tenancy contract.

It is two bedroom two bathroom flat. The room offered is the second room but you will have the family bathroom by yourself. The kitchen has everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, toasters and fridge/freezer.

Current rent per person is 795 including water but there might be a bit increase when the new contract starts. I’m in the process of negotiating. Bills/council tax is about 150 per person.

The only downside of this flat is that it’s currently under construction for cladding issues therefore it can get a bit noisy from 8am to 4pm during the weekdays but personally I found it okay.
