Hi My name is Iris, I currently live in a two bedroom flat at the harbourside in the Bristol City Centre. My flatmate is moving out in November so I’m looking for flatmate to have a new tenancy contract.
It is two bedroom two bathroom flat. The room offered is the second room but you will have the family bathroom by yourself. The kitchen has everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, toasters and fridge/freezer.
Current rent per person is 825 plus 35 water per month. Other bills not included. I’m in the process of negotiating. Bills/council tax is about 150 per person.
