A double room and personal bathroom on harbourside

Hello! I have had my flatmate move out at my apartment in the crescent. There is a double room available from August 1. The apartment is a two bed two bath so you will have your own bathroom which is right next to the room. I am pretty occupied on the weekdays to go to work, gym, climbing and play video games. The weekend I usually try to travel in the summer but if not: I cook, go to the movies and socialise. I am a full time professional and do wfh a couple days a week. I am looking for a friendly professional preferably around the same age as me who I can get along with. I keep the common areas very clean and clutter free and would like someone to behave the same.
