Double room, Mon-Fri Let- Work Away Flatmate/Owner

Hoping to find a female professional, responsible flatmate, working or Post Grad if studying. Over 25.

I’m away Mon to Fri. Most weeks.

You would be the sole occupant for most of the month. I try to have two long weekends a month at home.

It’s a light, large flat, you'll have full use of the main rooms, sitting room and home office. There is plenty of parking outside.

The flat is located in a small residential block, it's quiet and friendly place.

It's well located for transport links and under 10 a minute drive to the M5 and there are bus stops very close to the entrance road.
By bus, it’s 10 mins to Cribbs Causeway and 20 mins to Bristol City Centre. The Southmead bus stop is a 10 min walk.

The flat is at the end of the Close, well back from the main road, it’s very quiet. There is a large green space around the flat, with plenty of mature trees, you'll see badgers, foxes and deer regularly in the garden.

Ideally, I'd like somebody with a similar pattern, who already has their own home and works in Bristol Mon-Fri, with 2 W/E a month away also. Negotiable.

I'm easy going and just after a quiet, clean considerate Flatmate.
