Mon-Fri Let. Rent & bills in £850,

I’m away Mon to Fri. Most weeks.

Light, large flat, you'll have full use of the main rooms, sitting room and home office. There is plenty of parking outside.

I'm looking for one professional, responsible flatmate, working or Post Grad if studying. Over 25.

The flat is located in a small residential block, it's quiet and friendly place.
You would be the sole occupant for most of the month. I try to have two long weekends a month at home.

It's well located for transport links and under 10 a minute drive to the M5 and there are bus stops very close to the entrance road. By bus, its 10 mins to Cribbs Causeway and 20 mins to Bristol City Centre.

The flat is at the end of the Close, well back from the main road, it’s very quiet. There is a large green space around the flat, with plenty of mature trees, you'll see badgers, foxes and deer regularly in the garden.

Ideally, I'd like somebody with a similar pattern, who already has their own home and works in Bristol Mon-Fri, with 2 W/E a month away also. Negotiable.

Unfortunately this is not a long term fulltime home.

I'm easy going and just after a quiet, clean considerate Flatmate.
