Description
I am looking to let out my lovely 2-bedroom modern flat situated in the heart of Henleaze short term from January 2027 onwards. I am moving in with my girlfriend in December 2026 and as I have the property marketed for sale at the moment, I am looking for someone to rent out the place ideally for 3-6 months. I hope my flat can be a lovely stop gap place for someone :)
Some perks of the flat:
Letted out part furnished (beds/sofa, white goods etc)
Located in heart of Henleaze right off the high street and near the Downs
Balcony for outdoor use with outdoor seating.
Free on-street parking.
Friendly neighbours
Quiet area
Great transport links
Cheap energy rates - I pay £100 for electric per month, £30 for water and £130 for council tax (as a bill indicator)
Bright - huge windows to let lots of light in
Super fibre optic broadband access (for those that WFH)
I am ideally looking for professionals or a couple. Directly message me if you are seriously interested and note that this is only a short term let.
