Double bedroom in Henleaze £725 plus bills

I’m looking for a flatmate to move into this 2-bed flat in Henleaze, my current flatmate is moving out in December. It’s a clean and cosy flat situated on a quiet street. It’s very close to two bus stops both taking you to the centre or up to Cribbs Causeway. The room is available from 21st December.
The bedroom comes unfinished, however the rest of the flat has almost everything you’ll need, please note the striped sofa will be going as it belongs to my flatmate.

Bills are approximately £180 (council tax, energy, water, wifi). And there is on-street parking.

I’m 31 and work full time, I mainly work from home and it’s completely fine if you do too. Outside of work I love going out for food, going for a coffee, comedy gigs, pubs & chill nights in. I also enjoy anything creative or crafty! I really enjoy the balance of being social but also having time my own time, I’m looking to live with someone who I can have a chat with after work, watch a film with or occasionally go out for a drink or dinner.

I’m looking for a female who also works full time, is friendly, clean and considerate.
