Situated in Horfield, with Southmead Hospital, Airbus, Rolls Royce, MOD, Aztec West and superstores right on your door step, we have a room to offer in our homely house share.

Each room has been newly redecorated and furnished, with our tenants’ interests in mind.

In the kitchen you’ll find new appliances including a toaster, kettle and microwave. We’ve also stocked the cupboards with plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery and a few pots and pans so you’ll have basics already there for when you move in. You’ll also find that the kitchen offers plenty of storage space in cupboards and has a large fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer for you to use.

The house has a garden for you to enjoy a fresh coffee on a winter’s morning or a summery BBQ when the weather comes around again. There’s also a small lockable storage shed for bikes with access through a gate at the bottom of the garden.

To the front of the house there are 2 parking spaces with a 3rd space available to the side through a lockable gate. There is also plenty of free parking on the street.

The main bathroom is located on the 2nd floor and has just been refitted with a brand-new toilet, sink and walk in shower. There’s a separate toilet (WC) on the ground floor and one of the four rooms comes with its own private en-suite.

Rent prices include Wi-fi and all bills including council tax (BAND C). We also have a cleaner coming to the property every two weeks to assure all shared spaces are regularly professionally cleaned. We’ve also equipped the house with cleaning supplies for you to spruce up your rooms as and when required.

All rooms have furniture and have been redecorated to a high standard with modern accessories.
