Sunny large room close to Gloucester Road

A welcoming house with a homely feel about 2.5 miles from Airbus, MOD etc.

I'm a young, lively, busy 50 year old who enjoys travelling, art/crafts, and spending quality time with family and friends.

I'm looking for a 30+yr old professional, ideally female with similar interests.

The house is a real home - a clean and tidy Victorian terrace with a sun trap garden and several spare rooms which I intend to keep for visitors (you also can use them too). I also have a cleaner.
Ideally I'm looking for a lively, interesting individual who has an interest in people and a love for life.

The house is owned by myself and I am the only resident. It is a 3 bed Victorian terrace with usual amenities - shared sitting room, kitchen, dining room & bathroom & second loo.

I'm an engineer - I usually work in Bristol, but sometimes I'm away for a few days at a time. I enjoy a cup of tea/glass of wine with a lodger and maybe even the occasional meal - but I won't be in your face!
