We have 1 double room available in a beautiful newly renovated 4 bed professional house-share.

The house is a high standard, fully furnished and has a brilliant kitchen/living area with a big TV .... so great for socialising after work as you prepare a meal.

ALL BILLS are included within the rent; TV, gas, electric, council tax, water and broadband. The deposit is equal to one month's rent.

As you would expect there is gas central heating and double glazing to keep you nice and warm, plus you also get a cool little conservatory and a fairly secluded rear garden. White goods are also included. There is 1 bathroom and a seperate WC.

There's even a fortnightly cleaner (for communal areas) and a gardener for no extra charge.

This is the PERFECT PROPERTY for professionals looking for high standard accommodation close to local amenities and transport links, the city centre, Airbus, MOD, Rolls Royce, Southmead Hospital, Abbeywood retail park and Aztec West. It's a short walk (and an even shorter jog) to the nearby Horfield Leisure Centre, which also has a large swimming pool. Bus links are on your doorstep and Abbeywood train station is just a short distance. Filton Road is a desirable address with its many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.

The room for single occupancy, and full time working professionals.
