Description
Beautiful en-suite master bedroom in Lockleaze, with a sunny spacious garden.
Note: professionals room is £780 due to council tax, students £750.
Looking for a friendly, considerate, trustworthy and responsible housemate who values a respectful and easy-going home. I appreciate open, honest communication and a positive atmosphere.
You’ll be living with myself and my two children (ages 16 & 14), who are here 50% of the time (Wednesdays, Thursdays & alternate weekends), so a child-friendly and understanding nature is important. Like most teenagers, they can be lively at times, so it’s helpful to be comfortable with a bit of noise now and then. When they’re not here, the house is very calm and quiet.
I enjoy having a friendly connection with the person I live with—chatting now and then or occasionally sharing a meal or activity if it naturally works—but I also really value personal space and a relaxed, independent rhythm in the home.
I tend to keep a fairly early routine (sleeping from 10pm and up in the earlier morning), so I’m ideally looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, or someone who is naturally very mindful around noise—especially in the evenings as sound can travel between rooms.
I enjoy dancing, reading, yoga, nature, painting and keeping active in my spare time.
A small, friendly hypoallergenic dog would be considered, but no cats due to allergies in the house.
No shift workers if it involves regular late-night arrivals or very early starts, sorry.
This home would suit someone who enjoys a low-key, respectful environment, is emotionally mature, communicates openly, and is happy balancing occasional connection with independent living.
It may not suit someone with a very late-night social lifestyle, or someone looking for a consistently quiet/child-free household.
Open to short-term lets until September, with a little flexibility (around ±2 weeks), so it could suit a student. COUPLES are only short term. My preference is long term.
If you’re interested, please message me with a little about yourself and your routine. If you are interested in short term also please message me the dates.
I’m focusing on replies that include this (and also inquiries aligning with dates advertised) so I can find a good fit, and will then arrange viewings. Erika :)
