Description
Beautiful en-suite master bedroom in Lockleaze, with a sunny spacious garden.
I am looking for a friendly, considerate and reliable housemate who enjoys a respectful, easy-going home and values open, straightforward communication. I consider myself friendly, kind and approachable. I’m very curious by nature and enjoy getting to know the person I live with and have many interests. I think one lifetime is not enough for me with all I would love to know haha.
You’ll be living with me and my two children (16 & 14), who are here 30–50% currently. A child-friendly and understanding nature is important. Like most teenagers, they can be lively at times, so it helps to be comfortable with some occasional noise. When they’re not here, the house is very calm and quiet.
The home has a relaxed, homely feel, and I enjoy a friendly connection with the person I live with — occasional chats or sharing a meal if it naturally happens — while also respecting each other’s space and independence.
I have a fairly settled routine and an early bedtime, usually around 10pm, so I really value good sleep and a home where everyone is naturally considerate of each other’s routines. Noise travels easily between the rooms, so I ask for some mindfulness after 10pm. I’m therefore looking for someone who also has a reasonably settled routine and values getting a good night’s sleep.
This would most likely not suit someone who is a regular party-goer or has a very frequent late-night social lifestyle.
If you’re interested, please message me with a little about yourself and your lifestyle, so we can see if it feels like a good match.
PS- Please note that, as the room is offered at a reduced rent, there is a possibility that the current Wi-Fi arrangement may change in the future. If this happens, a separate Wi-Fi arrangement may be needed at around £30 per month. This can either be arranged by the lodger or, if preferred, I can arrange it on a monthly rolling basis and pass on the cost.
Rent of £625 most likely to increase to £725 from august.
A small, friendly hypoallergenic dog may be considered, but no cats due to allergies.
This may not suit someone who regularly works late nights or very early mornings.
Thank you, i look forward to hear from you :)
