Short term whole house to self

Looking for a short term lodger for about 2 months (may be open to longer). I will be away for 6 weeks for this so you will have the whole house to yourself! Well minus my two adorable cats who love a cuddle. MUSTA be a cat lover and happy to give them some love and of course food while I'm away! If you have plans to be away for a few days over Christmas or like a long weekend away or something that's ok my neighbour can keep an eye on them for short periods.

House is walking distance to Southmead and easy to get to Filton airbus etc and also bus that runs down Gloucester road to town centre. On street free parking available outside the house.

Looking to get someone in a bit before I go just so can show you around, introduce to cats etc :) can be a bit flexible on move in and move out dates but Dec and early Jan are a must. Might be able to stay longer than mid Jan. I'm just putting that up as a start and from mid Jan I'll be back in the house so it will be back to a house share rather than whole house to yourself. Could re discuss rent rate when no longer whole place.

Wrote ensuit on ad. It's a shared bathroom (also have a toilet downstairs) but as most of thr time you'll be in the house by yourself you'll have the bathroom to yourself :)
