Lovely double nr Southmead hosp Mon-Fri ONLY

Lovely double bedroom available for weekday let Mon-Fri or Sun evening-Friday (£600pcm sun-fri). Would suit female professional needing somewhere to stay in week.

Great location for Southmead hospital (I work there and walk in, takes 15 mins). Also easy access to Filton for Airbus/Abbey wood etc....ample off street parking.

Kitchen is a bit of a work in progress decoration wise, but is pretty much finished now and fully functional :)

You're welcome to use the whole kitchen, also to chill in the living room, have Netflix on the TV etc if you like. I'm pretty sociable and happy to have a chat in the evening if I'm in (sometimes out staying at my Bfs and off climbing or seeing friends so at least a few nights a week you'll probably have the house to yourself!). Most of the time its just me in the house although some evenings my boyfriend might be about.

If it's a longer term let I'm happy for you to leave bits in the room and bathroom so you don't have to keep carting Toiletries etc back and forth ☺️ There's a shared bathroom with shower over baths upstairs and then a downstairs loo too.
