The existing tenants are 2 women and 1 man, all professionals between the age of 27 and 32.

The bedrooms - 1 very large double room with a bay window and 1 double room with a garden view. Both are fully furnished with a double bed, plenty of storage, cupboards and shelves, table/desk and chair. The rooms are airy and bright.

The communal spaces include:
A bright sunny kitchen-diner - there is a dining table and chairs, loads of space for cooking up some delicious food. The space is fitted out with plenty of storage and work surfaces, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, larder fridge, larder freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.
There's also a door out to the garden for when the weather warms up and you want to eat al-fresco. The garden is a lovely private space and quite a sun-trap in the summer!

A large lounge/TV room with big comfortable leather sofas, a coffee table, the TV, some board games and French doors to the garden.

A shared bathroom with electric shower (one existing tenant has an ensuite bathroom)

The house is mid-terrace, just off the Gloucester Road, close to Southmead Hospital & Horfield Sports Centre.
It's a 5 minute walk to the nearest good pub, followed by a series of other great pubs, cafes and the shops of Gloucester Road leading towards Bristol city centre.
There is excellent access to all the north Bristol employers, M4 & M5, UWE, bus routes into the city centre and north Bristol. The nearest bus stop is less than 2 mins walk. The nearest train station is Filton Abbey Wood.
