The house is a spacious three-bedroom property with both front and back gardens, a large driveway with parking for multiple cars, and plenty of shared living space.

Downstairs, there is a large living room, a spacious kitchen, and a bright conservatory with a dining table and seating area overlooking the garden. There is also a downstairs toilet, with a bathroom upstairs.

Although the house has three bedrooms, only two are currently being rented. The third, smaller room is available as a shared guest room, storage space, or a home office for anyone working in a hybrid role.

The garden is a lovely space to relax, enjoying plenty of sunshine throughout the day. It's currently full of flowers and plants, and we regularly get visits from birds to the feeders in the front garden. There is also a shed available for additional storage.

The house is in a friendly area and a great location, within easy reach of Gloucester Road, local bus routes, supermarkets, cafés, and other amenities.

Something about me. I’m a nurse & work in the NHS. I don’t work nights so that’s a bonus for us all. I'm easy-going and enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that's hiking, walking, gardening, or keeping active at the gym. I'm a big music lover and enjoy live gigs, socialising, reading, and travelling. I'm naturally curious and always interested in new experiences, good conversations, and making the most of life.
