Spacious room in cozy house

I (Troy) am moving out of Bristol at the end of October, therefore this lovely, spacious, warm double bedroom will be available on November 1st.

The room is on the first floor at the back of the house, overlooking the garden, so it is the quietest room in the house in terms of traffic noise and the warmest room through winter due to being above the kitchen. It also comes completely unfurnished (and clean of course) except for a couple of really good little electric heaters that are property of the estate agents.

The house has been renovated around 3 years ago I think and is in great condition after being well looked after. It is spacious, well-insulated and there is a small spare room with a dehumidifier that we use for storage and for drying laundry. There is a fully furnished downstairs living area (no tv anymore) with a sofa and a small dining table, and the kitchen is modern, spacious and fully functional, with a washing machine, tall fridge-freezer, dishwasher and the basic small appliances.

The property is located on Muller Road, with a bus stop and train station right on the doorstep, an Aldi, Lidl and Home Bargains all within a 5 minute walk, and Eastgate Center (tesco extra, IKEA, boots etc.) only a 10 minute walk. There's also Purdown and Stoke Park right behind the house for all the nature/animal lovers!

Who you would be living with:

James, 44, English: works in higher education, enjoys music, radio, reading, running, gym, real ale and LEGO (among many things!).

Diana, 31, Spanish (English speaking): works in education, enjoys arts and crafts, nature and cooking!

Bills come to approx £160 on top of the rent. This includes council tax, electricity, gas, water and wifi.
