2 rooms available in Horfield house share

Hey! We are looking for two other young professionals to join us in our lovely 4 bedroom house share in Horfield.
We have 2 unfurnished double bedrooms available on the top floor of the house, which also share a separate bathroom. On the ground floor, the house features a communal open plan kitchen and living room and a lovely garden with new decking, perfect for warmer days.

The two current tenants are myself (Teigan) and Molly, and we are looking for people who fit the current vibe of the house which would mean being up for some chill nights, bbqs in the summer and a cheeky glass of wine after a long day. This is important to us as we don’t want to feel like we are living with strangers and wouldn’t want anyone else to feel the same.

The house is conveniently situated walking distance from Gloucester Road and 2 minutes from key bus routes (e. g. 20 minutes to get to city centre). It is also ideal for those who work at Rolls-Royce, Airbus, BAE etc in Filton, as we are only a 10-15 minute commute away. For those who love an after work pint, we are also a stones throw from The Crafty Cow and Inn on The Green pubs. And, for those who love to gym/swim, Horfield Leisure centre is even closer!

It is important to note that the right candidates will need to be prepared to move into the house by 8th November at the latest. There is also a deposit (less than a month’s rent), that would need to be provided.
