2 Double Rooms in a Horfield Townhouse!

Hey! We are looking for two other young professionals to join us in our lovely 4 bedroom house share in Horfield.
We have 2 unfurnished double bedrooms available on the top floor of the house which also share a separate bathroom. On the ground floor, the house features a communal open plan kitchen and living room and a lovely garden with new decking, perfect for warmer days.

The two current tenants are Teigan and I (Molly), and we are looking for people who fit the current vibe of the house. We are two mates who love chill nights in, the odd rave, bbqs in the summer and a cheeky glass of wine after a long day. This is important to us as we don’t want to feel like we are living with strangers and wouldn’t want anyone else to feel the same.

The house is conveniently situated walking distance from Gloucester Road and 2 minutes from key bus routes (e. g. 20 minutes to get to city centre). Southmead hospital is a 5 minute walk away and for those who work at Rolls-Royce, Airbus, BAE etc in Filton, we are only a 10-15 minute commute away. If you like a pub quiz, we are also a stones throw from The Crafty Cow and Inn on The Green pubs. And, for those who love to gym/swim, Horfield Leisure centre is even closer!

It is important to note that the right candidates will need to be prepared to pay rent from the 8th November. There is also a deposit (less than a month’s rent), that would need to be provided.
