Someone who wants good relationships with their housemates, neighbours and landlord

Someone after a "home from home" - and wants to create a relaxed, fun, chilled out atmosphere - and is comfortable keeping a clean and tidy house

Someone who is kind, thoughtful, courteous, sincere and respectful of others

Someone who is sociable, happy, want to enjoy time with others in the house, yet respect each other's privacy and need for down-time

Someone who wants to engage with the landlord in finding like-minded others to live with
