A comfortable, furnished single room is available now in our quiet and welcoming family home, shared with a couple. We’re looking for a friendly, respectful and considerate person who would enjoy living in a peaceful home environment.

The room has lovely views across Bristol and comes furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, making it a cosy and practical space to relax, study or work.

What’s included?
- All bills included in the rent
- 5G Wi-Fi
- Shared use of the kitchen and bathroom
- Access to the garden

The house is well located, with good transport links and plenty of local shops, cafés and amenities nearby.

A few things to know:
- This is a short let for up to 6 months only.
- The room is for single occupancy only; no couples, please.
- No overnight guests or friends staying over.
- Guests must leave by midnight.
- No parties or pets.

As this is a quiet family home, we’re hoping to find someone who values a peaceful atmosphere and is happy to be considerate of everyone sharing the space.

Rent is payable one month in advance.
